Another short video demonstrating when therapy is useful, going somewhere, productive, and when it’s a waste.  More often then not, I’m hearing from people, it’s a waste, particularly as they talk about Trump.  Please take a look at this 10 minute video where I hope I demonstrate just when and how it’s useful to talk about the election – or anything else – in session, and when it’s a waste of your time and money.
